In order to support the strong growth of Capgemini Invent Italy, we are currently recruiting a Data Governance & AI Strategy consultant for Milan and Rome office.

An overview of the role

We are looking for Enterprise Data & Analytics consultants to support our clients in turning data into tangible business value by designing an end-to-end Data & AI strategy and deploying data driven solutions centered on business, humans and ethics.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Understanding purposes and ambitions of our clients for using data & AI.
2. Prioritizing data & AI vision needs based on the relative effort and estimated ROI.
3. Assessing Company vision through ethics and sustainability approach.
4. Assessing current ability of our clients to generate value from data & AI.
5. Understanding business requirements and defining the Target Operating Model to be reached.
6. Building data driven solutions and dashboards tailored to the business needs.
7. Definition of use case value prioritization processes to create Data & AI roadmap.
8. Design of data & AI platforms.
9. Design of business processes and operating model.

What requirements are we looking for?

1. Master''s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and Physics.
2. Practical experience working with data and advanced analytics to support data-driven business decisions.
3. Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for using data.
4. Entrepreneurial agile mindset to assist the journey of building innovative data & AI strategy projects.
5. Proactive approach to exploring new data-driven solutions and techniques.
6. Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
7. Ability to communicate complex findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong understanding of data preprocessing, cleansing and transformation techniques.
9. Practical experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
