What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Manage and develop the team of talent acquisition specialists
- Lead the recruitment process for all levels of roles, from job opening to onboarding of new employees
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely and quality recruitment
- Build a pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, schools, and recruitment platforms
- Manage social media channels, career website, and recruitment marketing efforts to showcase the company culture and values
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through every touchpoint in the recruitment process
- Continuously refine and improve interview processes and recruitment tools to streamline and enhance the candidate journey
- Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent
- Provide regular reporting on talent acquisition metrics
This offer is for you if:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with close attention to detail and accuracy and meet deadlines
- Excellent ability to communicate in both, oral and written in English and French
- Excellent IT-skills (MS Office) and proficient usage of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for providing positive candidate and employee experiences
