ERP SPECIALIST ABOUT THE ROLE Officina Stellare is agrowing company in the aerospace industry, currently undergoing amajor digital transformation. As part of this evolution, we areimplementing a new ERP system. We are seeking an ERP SPECIALIST toact as a key internal resource for the implementation and ongoingdevelopment of our new ERP platform. This role is central toensuring the successful integration of all core business functionsinto a unified digital ecosystem. WHAT YOU''LL GET TO DO - Map,analyze, and optimize business processes, with a focus onProduction, Engineering, and Administration. - Act as a liaisonbetween internal departments and external partners for themanagement of the ERP project (Microsoft Business Central). -Oversee integration with PowerBI for reporting and KPI monitoring.- Provide operational support and training to internal users. -Propose continuous improvement solutions for processes and ERPusage. YOU''LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ERP SPECIALIST -Previous experience in ERP implementation as a project lead,preferably with Microsoft Business Central (formerly NAV). -Understanding of information flow in a project-based company thatmanages the full product lifecycle, from engineering to production.- Experience managing software vendors, with the ability totranslate business needs into functional specifications, includinglogic, content, and pricing. - Basic skills in data analysis andreporting, preferably using PowerBI. - Excellent interpersonal,listening, and change management skills. - Proactive mindset,strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude. -Educational background in technical or management fields (e.g.,Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics). THESEQUALIFICATIONS WUOLD BE NICE TO HAVE: - Experience working indynamic, fast-paced environments with ongoing digitaltransformation initiatives. - Basic understanding of SQL orscripting languages for data reporting and automation tasks.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Location: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy). -Work type: full time, hybrid as per internal policy. - Benefits:company gym.
