Job Responsibilities: - Monitor PV plant performanceusing SCADA systems and remote diagnostics - Perform preventive andcorrective maintenance on inverters, switchboards, and panels -Conduct inspections, infrared thermography, and string-leveltesting - Manage documentation, maintenance logs, and reporting toasset managers - Support emergency response and spare partcoordination Qualifications: - Degree or technical diploma inElectrical or Renewable Energy Engineering - Minimum 2 yearsexperience in O&M or field technical roles - Strong knowledgeof PV components, diagnostics, and site procedures - Comfortableworking outdoors and at heights - Willingness to travel frequentlywithin region
