Job Description - Ensure the optimal functioning andsmooth organisation of the Business Planning Section. - Representthe section in initiatives and cross-team projects. - Organise andsupport meetings, events, and webinars from planning andlogistics to documentation and follow-up. - Coordinate internalteam meetings and streamline internal processes. - Handle financialand procurement-related tasks, liaising with external suppliers andmanaging contracts, invoices, and signatures. - Take on ad-hocadministrative and organisational tasks according to team needs. -Maintain and update section documentation via SharePoint. - Buildand maintain excellent working relationships across all relevantinternal teams.
