Provide case management services to clients, including intake, ongoing advocacy, in-home assessments of client situations, financial management, crisis intervention, information and referral.Prepare reports and disseminate information. Provide statistical reports and documentation as required. Maintain proper client files with appropriate documentation and information.Maintain contact with representatives of other organizations to exchange and update information on resources and services available. Form and maintain formal relationships with agencies in order to secure services and benefits for clients.Maintain ongoing communication with family and other in the planning, implementation, and assessments of interventions.Advocate and intervene with other agencies on behalf of the client.Participate in in-service training, conferences, seminars, and use journals to update skills as well as otherwise receive consultation and supervision from those professionals who are qualified to render services.Attend departmental and organizational meetings and regular supervisory sessions, as well as keep supervisor informed of activities, needs, and problems related to client services.Recruit volunteers who can assist in the delivery of the organization''s programs and services.Conduct community outreach to promote the NORC and inform the community about the services and programs the NORC providesShould be able to provide accurate information on benefits, entitlements, program services, and NORC program.Able to conduct ongoing special interest groups.Participate in advisory council groups regularly.Perform other duties as needed or requested.Knowledge, Skills And Requirements**Other skills and abilities**: Able to perform data entry. Must be computer literate with basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience in Peerplace is a plus. Korean bilingual preferred.
