We are looking for aJava System Architectto join a long-term project with one of our top clients in the logistics and supply chain sector.

The role can be remote, with the option to work from the clients office in Warsaw.

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ yearsof experience in IT/software development, with2+ yearsin a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Strong hands-on experience with theJava ecosystem, includingSpring Boot,JMS, andJAX-RS.
• Proficiency withasynchronous design patternsusingKafka,SQS, orRabbitMQ.
• Experience withAWS servicessuch as EC2, RDS, EFS, S3, SQS, and SNS.
• Familiarity withmonitoring toolslikeELKandPrometheus.
• Solid knowledge ofmicroservices architectureincluding Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and CQRS.
• Comfortable working withDocker,Kubernetes, andTerraformfor infrastructure and containerization.
• Strong communication skills in English and experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
• Previous exposure to Agile environments and tools such asJiraandConfluence.

,[Take ownership of the design, implementation, and optimization of backend components, APIs, and system integrations., Analyze and refine change requests together with business analysts and subject matter experts., Ensure alignment with established architectural standards and lead enhancements based on evolving requirements., Document both new and existing system components and contribute to continuous improvements., Work closely with DevOps and DBA teams to resolve operational issues and enhance platform reliability., Guide development and QA teams by addressing technical debt and improving code quality., Act as a system-level architecture owner, collaborating with architects and technical leads across the business., Coach developers on best practices including clean architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design., Provide backup SME support to ensure domain knowledge is well-distributed and resilient.] Requirements: Java, Spring Boot, JMS, Microservices architecture, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Terraform
