As a Research Leader, you will be part of ourTechnical Research Team, shaping the HVAC solutions of thefuture.You will operatively lead internal research projects andexternal cooperation, being responsible for the smooth flow of allthe projects activities. You will act as a link between theproject team and external stakeholders to guarantee the correctinfo processing and transferring.As a senior thermodynamic, youwill use your technical expertise where needed in all the projectphases, digging deeply into the technical aspects.Your main taskswill be:Leading internal projects and external cooperation, with animportant operative/technical partUse your technical knowledge tobreakdown the technical problems and assign sub tasks to teammembersMotivate and engage team members in accomplishing theproject tasks and meeting the deadlineReporting to Research Managerthe project activities, proactively discussing bottlenecks andprojects riskA possible picture of the candidate is:3 to 5 yearsin a similar roleFluent in Italian and English, both spoken andwritten is a mustCapability of thinking outside the boxGoodattitude in both operative work and leading peopleGood empathyapproach and relation-based workExperience in HVAC&R field willbe primarily considered, but is not a mustPhD will be definitelyconsidered, but is not a must
