Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a highly motivated Engineer to join the Building & Places Team, which provides services on large-scale real estate and civil engineering projects. The team works on complex projects, coordinating resources across the company to support project needs. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge you technically and allow collaboration with experienced senior professionals, fostering your growth in the industry.The successful candidate will develop a wide range of skills through significant training and career opportunities, and will be involved in activities such as:Supporting the management of multiple projects of varying complexities, collaborating with international teams.Managing information and documents, and organizing deliveries.Assisting in conceptual design work and project presentations.Supporting the development of project proposals and feasibility studies.Facilitating client interactions, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings and minutes.Contributing to project performance control and documentation, including risk assessments, schedules, and financial reports.Assisting in quality control processes for project deliverables.Supporting business development tasks, including proposal bid preparation.QualificationsWe are particularly looking for candidates with:3-4 years of experience in a consulting or engineering firm.Fluency in Italian and English (both oral and written); proficiency in other European languages is a plus.Experience in Industrial, Logistics, or Building sectors is advantageous.Motivation, initiative, and organizational skills for a multidisciplinary environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.Good communication skills and ability to produce clear written reports.Ability to maintain accurate records of site activities.Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for site visits.Understanding of building construction techniques and Italian construction codes.Experience with BIM/2D Civil/Architectural software (Revit, AutoCAD, Civil3D, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.Preferred QualificationsA degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Environmental, or Land Planning Engineering.Additional InformationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits, including hybrid working, vouchers, health insurance, and more.Location in central Milan.Flexible work arrangements and public transport allowance.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Opportunities for career development.Join the AECOM team!
