Main purpose of role: Reporting to theSales Director, the Key Account Manager AI will be direct link tohealthcare professionals (doctors and hospital pharmacists) inLOMBARDY, with responsibility for sales, brand positioning,communication of the clinical and economic benefits of theproducts, building relationships, educating staff, and identifyingnew opportunities. Key responsibilities (In Points): - Call ontargeted healthcare professionals (Infectiologists and Pharmacists)in his/ her territory to deliver disease and product relatedinformation in accordance with the Summary of ProductCharacteristic and Decree n. 219 /2006 and its amendments. -Collect observations on side effects and counter-indications/risksof drug and notify the Pharmacovigilance Department. - Develop andexecute integrated accounts action plans across all relevant areasof the communication mix - Effectively utilize and embed a blend ofmulti-channel tools to support customer engagement, diseaseunderstanding and brand awareness. - Achieve the defined territorygoals. - Establish and maintain quality and trustful relationshipwithin the relevant medical community opinion leaders, hospitalpharmacists and other relevant stakeholders. - Maintain a currentand comprehensive clinical and pharmacoeconomic knowledge of theProduct. - Support disease awareness through appropriate scientificinformation and education (programs) to HCPs. - Timely and accuratefeeding of the CRM system and submitting of managerial reports. -Collaborate with other key functions including Regional AccessManagers and MSLs to share best practice and to createopportunities for appropriate product adoption. - Ensure that allactivities comply with regulatory agencies, publicpolicies/guidelines, and with corporate policies and procedure. -It is important that people joining Advanz Pharma combine strongskills and robust experience with high level of energy,entrepreneurial approach and collaborative spirit to revert inpositive the continuous evolving climate. Requirements: - Previousexperience in hospital key account management. - Significantpharmaceutical / biotech industry commercial experience ProductSpecialist roles in specialty care (experience in Infectiology maybe a plus) - Proven track record of exceeding goal targets informer roles - New product launch experience would also beconsidered a plus - Experience in building-up a business fromscratch would also be considered a plus - Ability to work in amatrix organization: Experience in cross functional activity withMarket Access, MED Aff and Marketing would be a highly appreciatedplus
