We are looking for a "PLANNING ENGINEER/LEAD (M/F)" for one of our clients, to be based in le-de-France, France , with frequent travel to Copenhagen, Denmark , for a 12-month contract (renewable)."PLANNING ENGINEER/LEAD (M/F)". What will your responsibilities and missions be?ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain procedures, tools, and systems to ensure the efficient organization and operation of scheduling, progress control, and reporting activitiesSupport the definition and ongoing update of a suitable Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) aligned with Project requirements for progress monitoring, cost control, and reporting across all Project phasesDevelop, update, and revise the integrated overall Project Schedules as required by Project Management. Provide schedule analyses and simulations for new or alternative execution models as neededCoordinate, supervise, and control all planning activities during the Development phase, ensuring regular updates and strategic support to the Project Management teamAssist Package teams in defining and implementing progress measurement systems, reviewing contractor procedures and schedules, evaluating scheduling methodologies, and approving progress measurement systems and reportsDefine and update , as necessary, a Monthly Reporting structure that aligns with Project Management requirementsPrepare detailed and accurate Project Monthly Reports, Weekly Reports, and any other reporting documents required throughout the Project lifecycleCoordinate the integration of reporting outputs following Weekly/Monthly Project Meetings and Management meetingsProvide comprehensive support to Project Management on all scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting matters, managing all related activities accordinglyRegularly report to the Project Management Officer , highlighting overall progress, key achievements, and areas of concernEnsure strict confidentiality for all scheduling and progress documentation, regardless of format or mediumCapture and document lessons learned related to scheduling, progress control, and reporting, and share feedbackWhat profile and skills are Required for this "PLANNING ENGINEER/LEAD (M/F)" Position?Technical RequirementsAdvanced expertise in planning complex offshore projects , including large-scale developments involving multiple stakeholders and technical interfacesProven experience in major project development , particularly in partnership contexts, with strong capabilities in interfacing with various reporting and governance structuresIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in scheduling and progress control techniques and tools, multi-discipline engineering and project planning, and coordination with contractors. Strong communication skills are essentialStrong team player , capable of working effectively with diverse international teams and stakeholders across various disciplinesProficiency in planning and data analysis tools : MS Word, MS Excel, PRIMAVERA (P6), and MS Project are required. Familiarity with LEAN Six Sigma methodologies and Power BI is a plusSelf-starter with a high degree of autonomy , capable of taking full ownership of tasks and projects, and delivering results with minimal supervision====================================Are you interested in this position?
