Our products are grown with the utmost expertise and care to ensure they meet your quality standards. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Maasdijk. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, preparing financial reporting, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. This role will also involve performing financial analysis, providing insights to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Financial Controller will work closely with the finance team to maintain the integrity of financial data and support the overall financial health of the company Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting Collaborate with extended team in Head Office to align on financial reports Ensure compliance with Dutch financial laws and regulations Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets Utilize Exact and ERP systems for efficient financial management Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar financial role Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage Strong knowledge of Dutch financial regulations and tax law Proficient in Exact and experienced with ERP systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment What We Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment within a small team Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive salary and benefits package The chance to play a key role in the company's financial strategy and success If you're a proactive and experienced financial professional looking to make a significant impact in a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
