Including applications (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Strategic Planning Workspace, Resource Management Financial Management and Project Management). Hands-on experience in scripting like Client Scripts, UI Policy, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflow/Flow and ACLs along with Performance Analytics. Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON and Scripted Web Services) with 3rd party tools. Strong consulting skills to engage with customers during discovery workshops. Excellent presentation and communication abilities to articulate the value of SPM solutions. Must Have Skills/Knowledge: ServiceNow ITSM ITOM with CSDM CMDB. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) certification recommended. Agile 2.0, DevOps. Good knowledge of Agile and scrum practices.
