Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Civil Engineering Discipline Area Manager who will collaborate on the Lead Fast Reactor (LFR) and Mixed Oxide Fuel (MOX) factory Design and R&D activities. The focus will be on Civil Engineering discipline development, including LFR Plant Civil Structure Design and MOX Plant Civil Structure Design, with particular reference to construction practices and works.The candidate will be accountable to both LFR and MOX Engineering Departments for planning and managing disciplinary activities within their area, ensuring the quality, integrity, capability, competency, and performance of their tasks, as well as the technical content of all deliverables within their scope.Main ActivitiesCivil Engineering Discipline AuthorityAccountable to both LFR and MOX Engineering Directors for integrating engineering technical units across different phases to achieve project objectives efficiently.Define Disciplinary Area roadmaps aligned with Newcleo''s strategic vision.Serve as the company expert and point of contact for multiple projects, advising on discipline design solutions and technologies throughout the product lifecycle.Ensure activities adhere to best practices and promote agile approaches.Coordinate across ancillary Disciplinary Areas.Oversee quality surveillance of disciplinary outputs, standards compliance, and regulatory requirements.Ensure deliverables meet efficiency objectives and are consistent with project and business area goals.Consolidate workload and workforce forecasts, proposing #J-18808-Ljbffr
