With over 15 years of experience, it is a leader in the renewable energy sector.About the RoleDue to our growth, we are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator to join our team in Rome.What You Will DoManage system configurations, permissions, and optimize processes and workflows within a Salesforce service org.Handle user and data requests efficiently.Create and maintain reports and dashboards.Provide first-level support to an international community of over 400 users.Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure feature functionality.Assist in creating training materials to keep users updated.Present new functionalities through live demonstrations.Support customizations using low-code tools like Flows.Assist with low-code integrations with business tools such as PowerBI.Your ProfileUniversity degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.Salesforce certifications are advantageous.Knowledge of Service Cloud and Salesforce Field Service is beneficial.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Fluent in English, capable of collaborating within an international team.Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.What We OfferFlexible working arrangements including mobile working and hours.Modern office environment.Meal vouchers, health insurance, and a smartphone (also for personal use).Contact and Diversity StatementAt BayWa r.e., we are committed to fostering a respectful environment with equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees.
