Saipem is organized into five business lines: Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions.As Project Fabrication Manager, you will join our Department Offshore Project Fabrication Execution (OFPROFE) in the ABSER Business Line, conducting the following activities:Ensure governance of projects and initiatives in terms of organizational, financial, technological, and contractual aspects, ensuring the achievement of objectives.Plan, coordinate, and control project execution, in accordance with client requirements, within time and cost constraints, and in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures.Achieve profit objectives while ensuring adherence to Saipem procedures and practices.Tasks include:Ensure, for fabrication activities in internal and external yards, the achievement of cost, time, quality, health, safety, and environmental objectives to meet contractual obligations.Express fabrication needs during the E&P phase (e.g., Make or Buy, Constructability, Material Management), balancing time, cost, and feasibility.Represent Saipem towards clients, licensors, partners, and subcontractors, managing contractual aspects.Review contractual documents and perform contract analysis.Supervise economic and financial tasks, defining methodologies for project economic indicators.Organize and conduct project kick-off meetings.Define project strategies and scope of work for each party, ensuring proper planning.Manage project cash flow.Define bid cost structure and approve cost estimates with the support of the estimator.Manage post-bid clarification phases with clients.Negotiate pricing, contractual, and technical aspects with clients.Supervise site/yard and offshore activities.Collect project feedback and issue final reports such as Cost Closure and Close-out Reports.Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Energy, Industrial Engineering, or similar.English Language Knowledge: B2/C1 level.Labour Relationship: Permanent contract.Experience: At least 10 years in a similar role in offshore plant engineering.IT Skills: Primavera or similar project scheduling software.Soft Skills: Leadership, problem solving, communication, teamwork.Nice to Have: Availability for international missions.Location: Willingness to relocate worldwide; remote work possible; base: Milano HQ.Gi Group Holding is Italy''s leading multinational employment company, providing global HR services and consulting.Gi Group S.p.A. operates under authorization from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and complies with relevant privacy regulations.
