Our staff consists of over 600 permanent highly skilled marine professionals, and we are committed to delivering turn-key solutions and innovative projects worldwide.Job Description: As Marine Interior Manager at LTH-Baas for retrofit projects, you will oversee the interior outfitting projects on our ships. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all interior design work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will supervise a team of interior specialists, communicate with the ship crew, and manage the project throughout its lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site direction and leadership to working teams, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.- Oversee the execution of interior design plans, ensuring compliance with design specifications and maritime safety regulations.- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve timely completion of interior outfitting.- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards.- Resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies in design implementation.- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the team on-site.- Supervise a team of interior specialists, ensuring the quality assembly of cabins.- Communicate effectively with the ship crew and other stakeholders.- Manage the project within the allocated time and budget, ensuring client satisfaction.- Availability to work on board of cruise vessels in operations and in Drydocks around the world.Requirements:- Proven experience as Marine Interior Manager/Supervisor, preferably in the shipping or maritime industry.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.- Good conversational level of English.- Experience with marine interiors, specifically assembling of cabins.- Familiarity with marine interior design and the specific challenges it presents.- BS degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.What We Offer:- A competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a global company.- A collaborative work environment that values innovation and teamwork.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit a CV and a cover letter to fabiana.confetti@lth-baas.com.
