The Construction System Implementation Engineer supports the definition, implementation, and deployment of methodologies and systems for construction management. The role reports to the Construction Methodologies Systems Group Leader. This position is based on a Home Office setup. Key Activities Responsibilities: Assist colleagues with the use of construction systems and serve as the focal point for training activities both remotely and on-site. Analyze and support interface management between construction systems and other company systems (e.G., Marian, Group ERP, MileMate!). Support the Site Manager during site implementation and training of deployed systems. The role requires knowledge of information technology. Personal Attributes: Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant disciplines. At least 1-2 years of experience. Willingness to undertake periodic missions abroad. Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills. Ability to work technically and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment. Capable of managing complex scenarios and quick changes. Attention to detail, self-motivated, and focused on timely performance. Proficient in IT tools. Experience in the oil gas industry is a plus.
