Responsibilities
Be responsible for producing and preparing high quality products according to our menus
Checking freshness, preparation techniques and storage of the used goods
Ordering and converting products from the partie by means of daily stock lists
Training and developing trainees and apprentices.
Working according to food safety procedures in compliance with HACCP standards and continuously monitoring that food safety policies and HACCP standards are followed.
Preparing the different dishes according to the supplied recipes.
Promoting teamwork and lifestyle service through daily communication and coordination with other teams.
Arranging cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing and presentation of all dishes served.
Checking dishes and hygiene factors.
