We aim to reduce costs and increase the payment conversion rate of businesses.Craftgateenables merchants to connect todomestic and international payment methodsthrough a single integration and manage all online payment processes efficiently.Https://www.Crunchbase.Com/organization/craftgatehttps://www.Youtube.Com/@craftgateio: One-Stop Shop Payment OrchestrationWhat Are We Looking For?As part of ourinternational expansion strategy, we're hiring anInternational Sales Managerto accelerate our business growth inSpain and Latin America .As an experienced hunter, you will be responsible for acquiring new high-value clients selling online, identifying new revenue opportunities, and supporting our go-to-market efforts with a special focus on the e-commerce, retail, tourism, and insurance sectors.Experience in hunting e-commerce clients and/or companies that sell online is a must.We'd love to meet you if you have a strong network in these industries and thrive in e-commerce, FinTech, and fast-paced environments.Your Responsibilities:Leadbusiness development and sales activitiesin Spain and LATAM to grow Craftgates client baseDrive strategic partnerships withonline merchants and companies.Collaborate with HQ in Istanbul and our Spain Country Manager on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning in the local market.Represent Craftgate at face to face business meetings, local events, and trade shows, sotravelling should not be a barrierMonitormarket trends, competitive moves, and regulatory updatesto spot opportunities and mitigate risksBuild and manage strong pipelines using HubSpot and prepareregular sales performance reportsfor leadership.What Were Looking For:5+ years of experiencein international B2B SaaS sales or business development, preferably in e-commerce,payments, orFinTech.Experience working in the e-commerce environment (Merchant, Platform, or Agency) is a strong plus.A strongnetwork in Spain, particularly in thee-commercesector, is highly valued.Connections across related industries, such as retail, tourism, or insurance.Proven ability toclose deals, manage sales cycles, and grow revenue in competitive markets.Native in Spanish and excellentcommunication and negotiationskills in English. Communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese is a strong plus.Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, comfortable withremote collaboration.Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
