to support business processes and workflows Apply agile and waterfall methodologies effectively Agile/Scrum
understanding (Scrum Master/Project Mgmt) Strong skills in business process modelling and impact assessment Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and multitasking abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills Business Analysis certification (desirable) Agile Practitioner (preferred)
