VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior EDI Analyst to join our EDI team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a EDI Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate data exchange between our organization and our trading partners. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot EDI issues, onboard new trading partners, and contribute to process improvements.
We expect that you will deliver outstanding results while fulfilling the following responsibilities of the EDI Senior Analyst role:
- EDI Setup and Configuration: Collaborate with internal teams and EDI vendors to configure EDI systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and partner requirements.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of EDI transactions. Troubleshoot data mapping, communication, and connectivity issues.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor EDI processes for timely data transmission. Maintain documentation and profiles.
- EDI Mapping and Translation: Respond to mapping queries from EDI vendors and managed service partners. Validate data integrity during translation.
- Compliance and Security: Stay informed about EDI standards and regulations. Implement secure communication protocols.
- Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or related field. Previous experience in EDI roles in the retail sector. Familiarity with supply chain concepts, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay process flows. Expertise with ADSR, INVRPT, INVOICE, SLSRPT, ORDERS, DESADV, PRICAT, and EDI documents. Knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT) and communication protocols (VAN, AS2, SFTP). SAP ERP knowledge related to EDI is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills.
