We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. Working closely with a high quality agile engineering team to provide UX requirements, conduct workshops, and iterate to achieve high quality UX and happy customers. You will work as part of our successful Product Management group to design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic, challenging and supportive environment where development is encouraged. We love people with great attitudes.**Responsibilities**:Translate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product Management teams.Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.Conducting research via user surveys and regular testing sessions with customersTake a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.Champion new ideas and stay up-to-date on the latest UX thinking and trends.**Requirements**:2-3 years of UX design experience.Expertise in UX software such as Balsamiq, Axure as well as the Adobe suite of design software. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.Ideally you will have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.Extensive experience in using UX best practices to design solutions.A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, usability and accessibility.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.Collaborative approach.
