Based on yourown interests, you can indicate your preferences for your firstrotation so that your Early career talent manager can find asuitable starting role for you. You could set to work as DevOpsEngineer, IT Security Engineer, Architect, Java Developer or in thearea of Cyber security, for example. These are all projects at thecutting edge of Tech and business, with an emphasis on Tech. Manyof our trainees choose to spend one rotation abroad working on aninternational project, such as in Bucharest, Manila or Katowice.This international adventure is not only great fun but is also goodfor your personal and professional development. After your first 18months, having gained a wealth of experience, you set to work in amore permanent position where youll further enhance yourknowledge. Your personal preferences and interests form animportant starting point for the roles you fulfill. You could forexample start your permanent role abroad, should this interest you.Our Tech trainee Has a masters degree, preferably in ComputerScience, Informatics, Software/Computer Engineering or Mathematics(with clear programming affinity). Has a demonstrable andindomitable passion for Tech. Is enthusiastic and considers theinterests of our customers and your colleagues. Has gained(international) experience through various extracurricularactivities. Has an innovative take on banking and an unconditionaldrive to turn ideas into reality. Has an interest to learn moreabout banking/finance. Is fluent in English Has a maximum of 2years of professional experience Needless to say we offer you anexcellent base salary for this traineeship (starters position),paid annual leave, an impressive training package and a permanentcontract.
