The successful candidate will have a track record and desire to excel at both technical issue resolution and customer management.

- BachelorsorMastersdegree inengineering(Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
- Minimum 2-3 yearsof related experience involving customer exposure element in routing and switching
- Minimum 2-3 years of related experience involving customer exposure element in routing and switching. Good practical knowledge of platforms and protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, Multicast, HSRP, TCP/IP, IPSec, and Frame Relay).
- Good technical foundation in networking (CCNA equivalent level or above) is required
- Knowledge in other technologies/products, experience and certifications are a plus
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
- Passion and demonstrated ability to learn and work in a multicultural team environment
