THE ROLE The Junior Commercial Analyst role sitswithin the Commercial team in WiseEnergy Italy. It is a broadcommercial role with a regulatory and contractual focus, in which atechnical background within renewables would be highlyadvantageous. Its a permanent, full-time role, starting as soon aspossible and reporting to the Commercial Manager. The successfulcandidate will ideally be based in Milan. KEY RESPONSABILITIES -Managing the SPV and/or Companys interface with respectiveauthorities GSE, ARERA and Agenzia delle Dogane (Dichiarazione diConsumo, Registri di Misure) and other regulators in respect ofusual and extraordinary communications, audits and inspections -Contract management of solar and other renewable energytechnologies. - Managing insurance renewals and claims - Supportingthe companys in-house onboarding process for new sites with aspecific focus on understanding contracts, and working with thefinance and technical team to ensure a smooth transition into WiseEnergy/contract management software and management throughout thelife of each respective agreement. - Regulatory and compliancepractices relating to assets under construction (Ready to Buildactivities and pre- Commercial Operations Date). - Developing thecompanys in-house Asset Management Platform (AMP) as required. -Reporting to the client and internally and externally as required.- Ad hoc commercial projects SKILLS & COMPETENCIES To besuccessful in this role, you will demonstrate: - Time management& prioritization skills - things can get a little hectic, sothe ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload iscritical. - Excellent communication skills (in English or/and otherEuropean languages) - you must be able to organize your thoughts ina way that others find clear and compelling. You will be expectedto together well-written, grammatically correct emails and othercommunications. When communicating verbally whether over thephone, on video calls, in person or in meetings you will need tobe articulate, warm and engaging. - Flexibility - being aneffective team player means being flexible in your approach andopen to getting involved with new things, even if they are notspelt out in your job description. - Intellectual Curiosity Technical Management is a broad and nuanced field, and we arelooking for someone who is truly interested in our profession andhas the intellectual curiosity to delve deep into topics and bringfresh ideas to the team. - IT Literacy - you need to be comfortablewith IT systems and working with data (you should have at leastintermediate-level Excel). - Delivery focus it may sound obvious,but the ability to proactively churn through work at pace anddeliver quality outputs really matters! - Strong critical thinkingand problem-solving skills. - Passion for our mission to generatea more sustainable future by leading the transition to cleanenergy. - Our values: be a leader, build trust, be responsible, beinnovative and bring your alpha.
