ThisBusiness Unit of ENGIE has the ambition to become the perfectcomplement to renewable energy and to proactively guide theindustry into its energy transition!In order to strengthen the GENBE Support Team we are looking for a Security Manager (H/M/X).YOURRESPONSABILITY as Security ManagerAdvisory and Monitoring: Providebinding advise management to sites on security issues, supportimplementation of new projects and upgrades, and track keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for the Belgian Generationperimeter.Compliance and Alignment: Ensure action plans align withEU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards.Standardsand Procedures: Establish and maintain security standards,procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, andguarding.Coordination and Communication: Act as the main contactfor the Brussels Control Center and coordinate physical securitymeasures (badges, cameras, alarms, etc.).Protection and Awareness:Protect sensitive information by raising staff awareness andensuring compliance with Group information classification. ProfileEducational and Professional Background: Bachelors or Mastersdegree with at least 3 years of experience in law enforcement,military, private security, HSE or a strong interest in securitywith a commitment to training.Policy and Procedure Expertise:Ability to interpret, create, and update security policies andsupport local teams in implementation.Technical Proficiency: Strongtechnical background to develop and follow up on security projectsand upgrades.Crisis Management and Coordination: Capable of workingunder pressure, managing crises, and coordinating with diverseteams and third-party subcontractors.Communication and LanguageSkills: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide briefings,and proficient in Dutch or French with working knowledge of theother language and English.
