Aufgaben Your mission Your main tasks will be: -Lead and mentor multiple teams of software engineers groups toindependentlydeliver high-quality product increments solutions -Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to guide andcoordinate continuous product discovery and delivery with highintegrity commitments - Drive the vision of your teams to give thempurpose, direction & clarity, enable effective decision makingas well as foster alignment with business objectives - Help toarchitect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions -Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards andbest practices - Coordinate with other teams to integrate softwarecomponents and ensure seamless functionality - Provide guidance andsupport to team members as needed Profil Leadership - 2-3 years ofdemonstrated experience in team leadership, of which some of thisleadership experience is at the 2nd line level - Deep understandingof lean & agile software development methodologies and bestpractices - Effective communication and leadership abilities -Experience in working in high growth environments, includingstructural and organisational transformations - Leading cross teaminitiatives by fostering alignment, managing stakeholders andholding people accountable - Demonstrated experience inrecruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring toptalent. - Experience coaching teams and lead developers to fostergrowth and continuous improvement. Architecture - Experience indesigning and implementing scalable distributed systems - Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills Development - 7-10 years ofoverall experience in software development, especially using JVMlanguages (Kotlin preferred) - Experience tracking and improvingperformance using DORA and similar metrics Bonus points for -Knowledge of cloud technologies such as GCP or AWS - Contributionto open-source projects or technical communities - Familiarity withcontinuous integration and deployment pipelines - Extensiveinsights into the Spring Framework, its internals and modules likeSpring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security and its inner workingswith other parts of the framework - Experience with frontendframeworks (Angular 2+, CSS/SASS, Typescript, etc.)
