Your Role: Quality Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our clients growing Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product excellence, supplier compliance, and process optimization in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Quality Oversight Track and monitor the progress of new development projects, ensuring timely execution of quality activities.
- Compliance & Documentation Evaluate and validate quality documents to ensure alignment with our clients high standards.
- Supplier & Partner Audits Conduct, assess, and follow up on audits to verify process capabilities and compliance.
- Field Quality Management Oversee field quality activities, including containment actions and recurrence prevention strategies.
- Market & Technical Support Serve as a technical point of contact for markets, providing insights and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization Develop and implement procedures and standards to enhance quality and efficiency.
Your Profile
- Experience: Proven track record as a Supplier/Production Quality Engineer in the automotive industry (mandatory).
- Auditing Skills: Audit experience required; certification is a strong plus.
- Language: Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Proactive Mindset: Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in quality processes.
