Responsibilities:

-Field team management Coordinate, supervise, and motivate merchandisers and promoters to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong skills in data organization and analysis, with the ability to propose efficient, practical optimization strategies based on results. Proficient in Excel and other office tools to manage and analyze data effectively;
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English, with strong cross-language communication skills;
• Pressure Management: Capable of adapting to a fast-paced, high-demand work environment with strong stress management and flexibility in handling challenges;
• Professional Competence: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to balance the needs of different departments and teams, and optimize resources efficiently.
