Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Role
In this position, you will:
- Provide expert legal counsel on a broad range of banking and finance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal contracts and financial documents.
- Advise clients on regulatory developments and compliance strategies.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and jurisdictions.
- Participate in high-level transactions and strategic legal projects.
Banking & Finance Lawyer - Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you bring:
- A Master''s degree in Law, the CCDL and be registered in List II.
- At least 2 years of experience within a law firm, ideally with a focus on banking and finance.
- Fluency in English and French (German or other languages are considered a plus).
- Solid knowledge of financial regulation and transactional law.
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills with a client-focused mindset.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
