With a team of 140 dedicated collaborators in France, GTP Bioways is focused on providing end-to-end services to support biopharma industry clients at all stages of their drug development, from R&D to commercial manufacturing.
GTP Bioways is looking for a dynamic Manager Information Technology to lead the companys IT activities and ensure that the IT applications and infrastructure are efficient, secure, and adapted to the business needs, covering the 4 facilities in France (Toulouse, Labege, Veyre-Monton and Saint Julien en Genevois).
The ideal candidate is a professional with an operational experience in networking, infrastructure and virtualization, willing to enhance his career with a managerial role.
This position is primarily based in Toulouse, with a functional reporting line to Olons IT Headquarters in Italy and an operational reporting line to the CEO for GTP Bioways in France. The Information Technology Manager is supported by another IT team member.
Your responsibilities :
- Develop & deliver local support based on business needs, with a hands-on approach
- Manage the delivery of IT projects meeting time, specification and cost objectives in accordance with corporate defined work and quality methods.
- Work consistently in conjunction with the leadership team, to gather requirements, support changes, communicate Corporate strategies and contribute to define the local IT budget.
- Provide input to Service Level Agreement definition for IT support Vendors and manage related contracts.
- Contribution to IT strategy and opportunities.
- A Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures methods would be considered a plus
Your background:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A previous experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Food Industry, or other GMP/GxP environments, or industries with robust Assurance Quality systems is considered an advantage
- Expertise in implementing and managing IT infrastructure, applications, and security systems.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and IT procurement
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Good communications skills in English, both written and spoken
