MBDA Italia l''azienda italiana che fa parte del gruppo multinazionale MBDA, leader mondiale nel settore dei sistemi missilistici.MBDA rappresenta il primo Gruppo a livello europeo con capacit di produzione e progettazione in grado di coprire l''intera gamma corrispondente alle attuali e future esigenze delle forze armate (terra, aria e mare).MBDA Italy is looking for a Legal Specialist in our Rome''s office.The purpose of this role is to provide specialist legal advice and negotiation support, mainly for non-domestic commercial activities, deploying legal Terms & Conditions, and contributing proactively to multifunctional/multijurisdictional teams.This role includes executing legal strategies in support of the Senior Legal Responsible, interfacing with Strategic, Business Development, and Export teams; providing legal advice on various matters; ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations; identifying critical issues; and supporting high-risk projects.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Advise on commercial Terms & Conditions in negotiations with non-domestic customers and partners, focusing on sale agreements, NDA, MOU, LOI, Collaboration Agreements, partnering agreements, etc.;Support legal aspects of Programs, Chief Technology Function, Commercial Operations, and Sales Business Development, including post-contract legal deployment, ancillary contracts, amendments, and guidelines;Provide legal advice on specific requests and issues;Coordinate legal defense strategies with external lawyers;Analyze legal aspects of deals;Prepare and deliver legal training to non-law colleagues in alignment with Group guidelines;Handle claims related to products, customers, and suppliers;Proactively anticipate issues and develop legal solutions;Participate actively in legal projects as a trusted team member.Qualifications:Education:Law Degree (laurea magistrale);Italian Bar qualification;LLM or MBA is a plus.Work Experience:Minimum of 4+ years post-qualification experience as legal counsel, ideally combining international law firm and in-house roles in high-tech companies;Proficiency in international commercial, anti-trust, product liability, IP, export control laws; familiar with civil and common law systems; experience in Defense and/or Aviation industries is a plus;Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-jurisdictional teams within the EU, UK, and other regions;Key Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English, additional languages (French, Arabic, German) are a plus;Business acumen, responsiveness, initiative, problem-solving skills;Strong organizational skills in managing deals;Litigation experience;Integrity, collaborative attitude, and ability to work in multicultural environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
