We''relooking for a Project Leader to join the fast-growing engineeringteam making breakthrough innovations for our products. Thisposition is based on-site in Feltre, Italy. EssentialResponsibilities: - Lead assigned traded projects from start tofinish, driving successful completion within defined scope,schedule, and budget constraints. - Develop and managecomprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones,resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. - Oversee allproject qualification activities from initiation to delivery,ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications. -Collaborate closely with Clients, Purchasing, Logistics, andsuppliers throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate thedefinition, qualification, and approval of traded products. -Manage all technical and commercial project documentation, ensuringaccuracy, completeness, and timely submission. - Identify andaddress potential risks proactively, implementing effectivemitigation plans. Qualifications: - Bachelor''s degree in MechanicalEngineering, Thermodynamics, or a related field. - Minimum of 5years of experience in project leadership, preferably within theHVAC industry. - Excellent organizational, communication, andinterpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management software(e.g., MS Project) and technical documentation tools. - Ability towork independently and as part of a cross-functional team. -Fluency in English is required.
