RDM Group is looking for a Corporate FinancialControlling to join the Finance Team based in Milan (HQ). Reportingto Head of FP&A and working closely with Group CFO, theCorporate Financial Controlling Manager is responsible forbudgeting, forecasting and reporting Companys cash flows andfinancial positions. In cooperation with local Mills CFO andtreasury departments he/her will monitor and forecast Companyspayments and collection, to ensure the Company will meet itsfinancial needs in the most efficient way possible. The managerwill collaborate with senior leadership, mill operations, sales,and procurement team to manage and evaluate Investments Projects ina capital-intensive industry. Financial Planning & Forecasting:- Develop and manage the annual budgeting and long-term financialplanning processes. - Prepare consolidated rolling forecasts,identifying risks and opportunities Financial Analysis &Reporting: - Analyse short-term treasury trends and providerecommendations to optimize company process and resources. -Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategicdecision-making. - Prepare reports for senior leadership aboutinvestments projects and relative payback. - Support quarterlypreparation of shareholders and investors reporting. StrategicSupport & Business Partnering: - Collaborate with departmentheads to provide financial insights and support decision-making. -Develop financial models for business cases, investmentopportunities, and strategic initiatives. - Support M&Aanalysis, capital investment planning, and scenarios modelling. -Support Groups digital strategy. Operating Cashflows Optimization:- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency acrossGroup legal entities. - Monitor cashflows, working capital, andresources allocation for optimal financial health. Qualifications& Skills: Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree inFinance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. - 5+ years ofexperience in financial planning, controlling, or corporate financewithin a manufacturing company or multinational companies(packaging and paper industry will be a plus) Technical Skills: -Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and ERPsystems - Knowledge about IFRS accounting standards as well asfinancial statements. - Experience in business and financialanalysis, report to senior management. Soft Skills: - A candidatefor this position will be result oriented with strong analyticaland problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data intobusiness insights. - It is required to be proactive, requiringminimal supervision. - Capability to collaborate across finance,operations, and commercial teams. - Ability to be highly organized,delivering high quality while meeting challenging deadlines. -Ability to manage resources and to develop their growth.
