As an OnSite Specialist you will provide the connection between our customers, our international employees and OTTO Work Force. You recognize your OnSite location as your company with all corresponding responsibilities. This means that you will have to work sometimes in the evening or on Saturdays. The right combination of enthusiasm, courage, perseverance and determination will make you successful in this position. What are you going to do exactly? You work from our own OnSite office at the customer site; You are the first point of contact for the customer inquiries and our international employees; You agree to the daily demand for international employees with the client, then you translate this into a short and long term plan; You guide and coach the international employees so that they continue to develop; You will supervise all the new employees with an introduction and clear instructions; You set goals with the OnSite Manager and you strive for the best results; Professional administration is also a task in your duties (such as drafting contracts); You regularly evaluate the results with the customer and plan the implementation of new targets; You proactively look for improvements in the functioning of your OnSite. Who are you and what can you contribute to the company? You are an enthusiastic and strong personality and you spontaneously go the extra mile. Additionally: You have the MBO/HBO level degree; You have knowledge of software packages: MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook; You have a good command of the English and Polish language skills in speech and writing. Knowledge of another language, such as Dutch, Slovak, Bulgarian or Romanian is welcome; You have a valid driving license category B; You have a flexible approach to work and strong commercial and organizational competences.
