Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers by resolving their queries or providing information about product features.
- Managing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and contributing to strong client retention.
- Identifying, logging, confirming, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Actively suggesting improvements to enhance workflows and service quality.
- Following established procedures and internal guidelines.
- Maintaining and updating customer records and documenting interactions.
- Reporting recurring issues to the support team for further investigation or escalation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Native or fluent in Croatian and Slovenian (spoken and written), with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to manage tasks independently.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid numerical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
