We connect content creators with businesses in the hospitality, gastronomy, and lifestyle space through three lines of business: WOMO App (a subscription platform matching creators with venues), WOMO Agency (influencer campaign management and event production), and WOMO Talents (creator representation). We're past launch and growing fast — which means real ownership and real impact from day one.The RoleWe're looking for a fullstack developer who's ready to own features end to end. You'll work with meaningful autonomy across our platform and mobile app, backed by direct mentorship from our CTO whenever you want a sounding board, a code review, or a deep dive into something new. It's the kind of role where you grow quickly because you're trusted with real responsibility — not left on your own.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve our platform and apps: Ruby on Rails on the backend, React with TypeScript on the web, and Expo (React Native) on mobile.Own feature development, bug fixing, and performance optimization across the stack, working independently with support from the CTO.Build and maintain integrations between our platform, our internal tooling, and the third-party services that power our operations.Implement solid data-protection and security practices, ensuring compliance with RGPD/LOPD when handling creator and business data.Requirements2–3 years of fullstack experience (or a strong early-career profile with real projects behind you).Hands-on experience with React Native / React — comfortable in at least one, eager to grow in both.Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and REST APIs.Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of features, and communicate clearly about progress and blockers.Comfortable working in Spanish.Genuine interest in the creator economy and how influencer marketing works.Nice to HaveExperience integrating third-party APIs or building automations.Familiarity with mobile build/deployment workflows (Expo/EAS).What We OfferReal autonomy and end-to-end ownership, with CTO mentorship on tap.Hybrid workspace providing flexibility in remote and office-based work.
