We are searching for an exceptional Head of Operations to lead and shape the growth of a thriving food and beverage brand across the Central Western Europe region, covering France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. This role is central to the business''s ambitious expansion plan, aiming to scale from 35 existing sites to 100+ locations by 2027. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in a high-growth environment, leading a well-established brand to its next chapter of success.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Operations for Central Western Europe, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of the region. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring brand consistency, and driving sustainable growth through innovative strategies and seamless execution. You will act as the key point of contact between regional operations and the central leadership team based in Paris, aligning local execution with global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage and optimise the performance of 40 existing stores across France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland (excluding the UK).
- Strategic Expansion: Lead 30 new store rollouts in 2026, with the vision to reach 100+ locations by 2027.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor Market Managers and regional support teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Real Estate, Supply Chain, and Legal teams based in Paris to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Change Management & Decentralisation: Drive regional autonomy while maintaining alignment with the global strategy, empowering local markets to operate efficiently.
- Process Implementation: Develop and implement scalable processes, KPIs, and growth strategies that support expansion and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that every location consistently reflects the companys values, service standards, and brand identity.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a strategic leader with a passion for growth and a proven track record in multi-site operations within the QSR, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- 810+ years of experience in senior operations roles, managing multiple sites across Western Europe.
- Demonstrated expertise in scaling brands, launching new locations, and optimising multi-market operations.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, regulatory compliance, and market-specific challenges.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams, driving performance, and maintaining brand integrity.
- Fluent in English; French is highly beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Paris and travel within the region as required.
