Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist Location: Pau France (Hybrid, occasional office visits) Department: Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) Duration: Minimum 1 month Setup: Freelance Daily rate (Micro-entrepreneurship / SASU / b2b etc.) Mission: Join our RAM team to elevate a decades-old reliability-analysis software suite through targeted digital communication. Youll optimise user experience, amplify operational-safety content and drive market adoption across internal and external audiences. Key Responsibilities: ~ Website Management & SEO: ~ Publish and maintain bilingual (EN/FR) articles on our CMS, ensuring on-page SEO (keywords, meta tags, structured data). ~ Collaborate with a webmaster to refine site structure and performance. ~ Content Creation & Layout: ~ Design and produce marketing collateral (presentations, videos, tutorials, branded items) using Figma and Canva. ~ Layout and translate written content; uphold the tools visual identity. ~ Email & Community Engagement: ~ Develop and deploy segmented email campaigns via Mailjet, managing A/B tests and analytics. ~ Oversee internal and external community channels (enterprise social platform, LinkedIn, Twitter), driving engagement and tracking KPIs. ~ Event Support: ~ Coordinate logistics for workshops, webinars and conferences (venue booking, translation services, AV equipment, attendee communications). ~ User-Base Management: ~ Maintain and report on user lists; monitor service-quality metrics and feedback loops. Essential Skills: Digital Writing: Press-article composition Confirmed Canva / Figma: Expert in graphic and UI layouts Mailjet: Expert in ESP campaigns and analytics CMS Administration: Expert in Drupal-style platforms and SEO integration Community Management: Confirmed (enterprise and social media) Languages: English Fluent; French Bilingual Why Join Us?
