We are seeking a dedicated professional to join us in this mission.Your MissionToo Good To Go is a successful scale-up with a solid business model, but the problem is vast. The faster we grow, the greater our impact. In this role, you will be crucial in enabling rapid scaling while maintaining excellence. We believe growth is best achieved by scaling with structure and nurturing local entrepreneurial spirit. Reporting to the COO, this role holds regional responsibility and is part of the COO management team.The role can be based at any of our European offices.The RoleAs VP Operations Europe, you will lead, support, and challenge some of the larger countries in scaling Too Good To Go. You will have full P&L responsibility for your area, represent the company in key account meetings, and support local account management. You will steer countries towards ambitious growth, develop local leadership, and lead a diverse team of country managers. You will be a key member of the COO management team, responsible for countries beyond the initial expansion phase, and a strategic partner to the COO.
