Group H&S is developing, communicating and driving an effective coordinated H&S Strategy for ISC and commercial teams. Group ISC manages the brewery network, handles the global procurement processes, sets the global standards for quality, brewing technology, ensures end-to-end planning and aims to deliver world-class logistics and customer service.

As part of our growth, We are opening this position for a Director CapEx & MRO Procurement Group to develop, communicate category strategy at Global Level to optimize the Total Cost of Ownership for Carlsberg Breweries. Also, position held responsibility for direct management of top 20 Globally present suppliers (strategy, contracting, negotiation).
The role will have significant impact on the overall category strategy and business plan and will act as commercial project leader on cross functional projects within the category. The position is expected to be the main driver creating savings and spend insight at Global level including transparency on processes and policies which regions/market are about to implement. Additionally, the position is expected to report and share findings, savings and transferring best practice experiences that can be further deployed in the Regions.
The position is expected to make significant impact to bottom line savings and standardized WoW for Carlsberg Breweries and requires close cooperation with all members of the CapEx & MRO regional teams as well as with relevant stakeholders in Carlsberg Supply Chain company at all levels.

Education:
- A higher education in Procurement or equivalent to a Bachler degree or above.
Experience:
- Min. 10 years relevant experience related to sourcing of products/services is a must, within all aspects of strategic and tactical sourcing on global or regional in a technical category.
- International work experience in r
