Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Sales Associate located in Madrid. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store''s visual appearance, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience managing customer expectations.
- Previous luxury sales experience in a retail environment (luxury watches very beneficial)
- Knowledge of luxury brands, products and lifestyle
- Ability to work with various BTQ on line systems - stock take / invoicing / reporting
- Fluency in multiple languages (preferably English and Spanish)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A passion for watches / horology is a plus
- Immaculate presentation is essential
