Your role and responsibilities

The PA Division Measurement and Analytics is currently seeking a Head of Sales Instrumentation Division in Poland in Process Automation Business. Our portfolio includes the full scope of Instrumentation products and solutions. Instrumentation includes Flow, Pressure, Temperature, and Level sensors. The position holder will be responsible for P&L and direct people leadership, managing the sales organization in Poland. This position reports directly to Sales Manager Analytics Europe and functionally to the Sales Manager Instrumentation Central & Eastern Europe. The work model for the role is hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  1. Developing and maintaining an effective sales strategy in the Instrumentation Division in Poland to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope.
  2. Setting, planning, and ensuring execution of sales strategy within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products and solutions in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitoring proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of corrective actions to secure business growth when and where needed.
  4. Proactively leading, developing, and coaching the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.
  5. Understanding market requirements and customer needs to drive accelerated development, systematically beating market growth.
  6. Organizing the local team/functions and coordinating with global structures.
