We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Buyer to join our Procurement team. The Site Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement process on-site, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials required for the sites operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of purchasing processes, supply chain management, and vendor relationships. The scope of materials responsibility will be mechanical category.

Responsibilities: Manage procurement activities for the site, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials. Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, etc.) to understand procurement needs and priorities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible terms and service. Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Track and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Monitor supply chain continuity, ensuring delivery on time and stock levels. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Analyse and report on procurement performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings or process improvements. Handle any procurement-related issues or disputes with suppliers. Ensure that all products procured meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering. Proven experience as a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management. Technical interpretation of Drawings Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English. Familiarity with ERP systems.
