We are currently looking for a Field EquipmentAssistance & Services Technician to join Our Procurement &Logistics Department at Our Headquarters in Parma. The Resourcewill define and guarantee the proper implementation of the assetmanagement strategies and guidelines with regard to the Maintenanceof the Company-s fleet worldwide and he/she will also provide dailytechnical support the Project Organizations for the captionedService. Responsibilities: - Define, execute and monitor the majoroverhaul campaigns upon Equipment release from the Projects,guaranteeing the timely and cost effective execution of all therelated activities. - Verify the proper implementation of thedefined maintenance plan on the Equipment assigned to a specificproject. - Coordinate and provide technical support and assistanceto the Project and Country Workshops setting the related guidelinesand verifying their operations. - Support the Countries and theProjects in defining the organisation chart and the infrastructuralrequirements of the Country&Project Workshops, providingimmediate feed back to the Head of Equipment (HEQ) in case ofissues. - Define the maintenance plan for every Equipment in fleetand ensure the proper implementation. - Support the Head OfEquipment Engineering And R&D (HQE) in the development ofalternative or improved technical solutions aimed at optimizingcosts, increasing safety and fostering operational performances ofthe Companys Equipment. - Define and monitor the KPIs with regardto the job scope, implementing the necessary actions to timelycorrect or improve the Companys performances. - Define andcontinuously monitor the Budget for the service. - Assist therelevant units in guarantees and in the relationship with thesuppliers in relation to the purchased vehicles. - Analyze andpurchase spare parts for vehicles. Requirements: - Master''s Degreeand/or Technical Diploma - A minimum of 4-5 years in the role. -Consolidate knowledge asset management and good competences ofproject management techniques (i.e. project planning and control,reporting, contract management, etc.). - Optimal communication(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, planning andorganizing ability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills,leadership qualities and efficient team management skills,adaptability and stress tolerance. - Flunet in English - Knowledgeof a second language is considered a plus. (Spanish/French). -Willingness to travel abroad.
