Solve customer''s pre-sale and after-sale questions through different channels.
Keep records of customer interactions, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
[Job Requirements]
Dutch level: C1+.
English Level: Fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Proficient in the use of Office software.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to speak German/French is an advantage.
Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
