We are looking for a:Business Development Specialistto join our team in Milan.Main Responsibilities:Manage leads generation process, establish initial contact with prospective clients, and organize meetings to introduce Evidilya.Perform market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors strategies.Participate in all steps of new client acquisition: from initial meetings to data collection, proposal development (ppt presentations, agreements, etc.), and finalizing collaborations.Support business development and sales strategies.Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of client acquisition processes.Collaborate with the Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM.Required Skills:Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or business development in an international context.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO sector.Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments.Strategic and innovative mindset.Accuracy, attention to detail, and goal-oriented approach.Candidates are invited to send their curriculum vitae and cover letter authorizing the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 (#J-18808-Ljbffr
