Local Operations Lead For our headquarter in Milan, weare looking for a talented Team Leader who will drive andcoordinate our Local Operations. Reporting to the Head OfOperations Italy you will lead a team composed of 4 Area Managersaiming to achieve the excellence in the Service Level we offer toour customers and, at the same time, offering the best experiencepossible to our Shoppers. You will also work on developingprocesses, tools and analysis to align daily operations with thebroader corporate strategy. The candidate needs to be an excellentcommunicator and team leader working cross-functionally withBusiness Development, Marketing, Finance, Product and LiveOperations functions. What you will do - You willlead and coordinate the team in achieving the targets which ensureto have a frictionless execution of the orders; - You will definespecific targets for each regional Squad, setting recurringcheckpoints moment to review area performance of each Squad; - Youwill be in charge of providing the right amount of supply in orderto reach efficiency in all areas in Italy, committing the AreaManagers to find creative solutions in finding new shoppers; - Youwill be in charge of defining processes and tools which will helpthe Area Managers to ensure the quality of their areas by acting onthe Shopper base, stores and areas themselves; - You will providedeep analysis and insights on Shopper Saturation, Shopper Incomingsand Supply Dynamics; - You will be in charge of managingrelationships with current Shopper Lead Generation providers,exploring new solutions for efficient Shopper onboarding; - Youwill use data and business judgment to support the Head OfOperations Italy to take the best decisions; - You will quantifythe cost of actions putted in place from your Team to boost ourSupply and you will be required to build insightful reports toverify the effectiveness of that actions; - You will be theOperations POC for the implementation of some special projects; -You will manage the relationships with some external providers; -You will support the Head Of Operations in the management of therelationship with Unions. What you bring -You have experience in people management and team leading; - Youare highly collaborative and eager to work cross-functionally withMarketing, Finance, Product and Business Development teams; - Youare a great communicator and are able to explain complex processesin a simple way; - You can use Excel with your eyes closed and youhave a data oriented approach; - You have a basic proficiency withSQL; - You speak English fluently.
