We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager Benelux to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and facilities. You are a high-impact leader with a game-changing mindset, driven by operational excellence, and you have a strong ambition to further transform our operational teams, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

As Operations Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing our operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and long-term success. With a strong focus on production, logistics, and facilities, you will lead strategic improvements, implement best practices, and build high-performing and motivated teams, ensuring our operations are fully prepared for future expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and oversee multiple locations.
• Translate business strategy into a concrete action plan.
• Develop and implement KPIs and budgets.
• Coach and support department heads and teams.
• Act as a connecting force within the company.
• Critically analyze existing processes and implement improvements.
• Take responsibility for the P&L of operations.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a leadership operational role.
• Deep understanding of production processes and Lean manufacturing.
• A strategic leader who remains hands-on.
• Demonstrable successes in leading change processes.
• Direct P&L responsibility and experience with budget management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Representative of the OQEMA culture.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
